The return policy rules are only for problematic products and can only be returned to the Elite Wave store after one day after receiving the product, and the product must not be damaged or its carton discarded.

It is also possible to change the product, but only after one day of receiving the product.

The cost of returning or replacing the product is the responsibility of the customer.
